South Florida’s wellness scene grew faster than anyone’s ability to tell what’s worth the money. New clinics open every month promising to reverse, optimize, and reset you. Studios rebrand. A peptide menu shows up at the medspa next to the facials. Most of it is reviewed by no one, or reviewed by people who were paid to be kind.
Miami Wellness Review is the correction. We are a curated guide to wellness in South Florida for women who have stopped taking marketing at its word and want to know, plainly, what holds up.
What we do
We visit, we verify, and we have a verdict. Every business, practitioner, price, credential, and claim we publish is checked against a real source. We name the treatment, the doctor, the street, and the cost when we can confirm it. When something isn’t worth it, we say so. When a claim can’t be verified, we tell you that too.
We cover five areas:
- Aesthetics — skin, injectables, devices, and the people qualified to perform them.
- Longevity — the clinics, testing, and protocols behind the category, held to a medical standard.
- Move — Pilates, strength, recovery, and the studios worth your time.
- Nourish — eating well in a city that makes it complicated.
- Mind — rest, meditation, sound, and mental health that isn’t just décor.
You’ll find our work in four formats: The Edit (features and guides), Reviews (a single verdict, with a rating), The List (ranked roundups), and The Calendar (real events worth your evening). We cover Brickell, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Aventura, Wynwood, Coconut Grove, Edgewater, Bal Harbour, and Key Biscayne.
Who we’re for
Women in South Florida who are aging on their own terms and have the discernment to spend well. We don’t trade in fear or “anti-aging.” We assume you’re smart, busy, and tired of being sold to.
How we keep your trust
Our independent coverage is never for sale. No business can pay for a good review, a ranking, or a place on a list. Reviews reflect what we found, not what we were given.
When content is sponsored, produced with a partner, or about a business connected to us, it is labeled clearly at the top as Featured Partner or Sponsored so you always know what you’re reading. Full details are on our Disclosure & Privacy page.
