For eight weeks every summer, the spa menu that costs a small fortune in October quietly goes half-price. From July 1 through August 31, 2026, more than 30 of Greater Miami’s hotel and day spas run their marquee treatments at a fraction of the in-season rate under one city-wide program: Miami Spa Months, now in its 19th year and organized by the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau. Everything sits in one of three flat tiers — $109, $159, or $199 per treatment — for 40 to 50 percent off regular rates.
The strongest case for booking early is at the top of the range. Bamford Wellness Spa at 1 Hotel South Beach (2341 Collins Ave) brings its plant-forward, organic facials into the program — the Rose Quartz Antioxidant Collagen Facial at $199 and the B Nourish Facial at $159, both well above these prices the rest of the year. Lapis at Fontainebleau Miami Beach lets you trade the beach crowds for its thermal mineral hydrotherapy pools before a CBD Radiance Revival Facial at $159. And The Spa at Mandarin Oriental on Brickell Key (500 Brickell Key Dr) opens its six private suites — floor-to-ceiling Biscayne Bay views included — at $199, the lowest entry point it offers all year.
How to Make the Most of It
A few things separate a good Spa Months visit from a great one:
- Book direct, and book early. Slots at Mandarin and Bamford have historically gone in the first week of July. The GMCVB directory lists every participating property by neighborhood, but reserving through the spa itself gives you the most control over timing and changes.
- Ask what your treatment includes. At many properties a single booking buys you the day — pool, sauna, steam room, relaxation lounge — not just the hour on the table. Confirm when you reserve, then arrive early enough to actually use it.
- Mix the tiers. Because pricing is flat across the eight weeks, you can spend a Tier 1 morning on a massage at one spa and save a Tier 3 facial at another for later in the summer.
- Go off-peak. Weekday and daytime appointments are far easier to land than weekend slots, especially in July.
Booking & Cancellation
Treatments are reserved per property, and cancellation windows vary — luxury spas commonly charge for late cancellations or no-shows, so confirm the policy and the window at the time you book rather than the day of. If your plans are uncertain, booking direct rather than through a third party makes changes easier. Driving in? The Spa at Mandarin Oriental offers validated valet at $14 (as of June 2026).
