Nude Miami: The Clean-Eating Grocer Brickell Was Waiting For

·

Palm trees lining a walkway beside city buildings in Brickell, Miami

Walk into Nude Miami and the first thing you notice is what is missing. No seed oils, anywhere on the premises. In a city that runs on green juice and acai, a grocer that vets every single product for seed oils, GMOs and artificial additives is a genuinely new idea, and Brickell got it first.

The 4,720-square-foot space opened May 26, 2026 on the ground floor of Panorama Tower, at 1100 Brickell Bay Drive. Founders Charles Amine, Harry Miller and Sebastian Lezcano built it around one clear rule: if an ingredient does not meet the standard, it does not make the shelf. That discipline is the whole proposition, and it is rarer in Miami than you would think.

The hot bar is the reason to come

Billed as Miami’s first organic hot bar (the store’s own claim, and a fair one), it runs grass-fed, pasture-raised and wild-caught proteins cooked only in cold-pressed avocado oil, tallow or extra-virgin olive oil. A build-your-own plate of protein, side and salad lands around $45; flank steak goes for $40 a pound, a New York strip $67.19. This is restaurant-grade sourcing at counter speed, no reservation required, and you can taste exactly where the money went.

What to find beyond the counter

The made-to-order cafe pours smoothies, ceremonial matcha and cold-pressed juice in glass bottles. The dessert case holds the real find: an exclusive Coconut Cult collaboration, a passionfruit FroYo you will not get anywhere else in Miami. The shelves carry vetted pantry staples and wellness buys down to a $25 jug of hyper-oxygenated water, which is about the most Brickell thing a person can purchase, and rather the point.

It has been billed since before opening as Miami’s answer to Erewhon, and it shares that obsessive ingredient standard. Treat it as a destination rather than a weekly shop: come for a clean, fully sourced lunch you can feel genuinely good about, then browse. For the big basket, pair it with one of Miami’s best organic markets, and keep an eye on the rest of our Nourish coverage.

Miami has no shortage of places to eat well. Nude is one of the few that can tell you exactly what is in every bite, and that is worth the trip across Brickell.
